Merge Duplicate Gmail Contacts

Been a minute since I heard about Gmail's contact de-dupe feature, finally did it (time: 2 minutes)
In Gmail, click "Contacts" (left side) > "Find Duplicates" (right side) > it lists them...click "expand" and "collapse" and when ready click "merge"
